We collect the information needed to fulfil orders and operate the site: contact and shipping details, order history, correspondence, and basic usage analytics. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
Order data is used to process and ship purchases, verify purchaser qualification, provide certificates of analysis, and meet record-keeping obligations. Analytics are used in aggregate to improve the catalog and site.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to fulfil an order — payment processing, shipping carriers, and infrastructure providers — under agreements limiting their use of it, or where required by law.
Retention & security
Order records are retained for the period required by applicable regulation, then deleted. Data in transit is encrypted, and access to production systems is restricted and logged.
