An order is an offer to purchase under these terms and our research use policy. We may accept or decline any order, including where purchaser qualification cannot be verified. A contract forms only when we dispatch the goods.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in USD per vial and may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies. Payment is due in full before dispatch.
Shipping & risk
Orders dispatch within 24 hours of acceptance, cold-chain packed with tracking. Risk passes to the purchaser on delivery to the carrier. Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.
Returns
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, vials cannot be returned once shipped. If a lot fails to match its certificate of analysis, contact us with the lot number and we will replace it or refund it after review.
Limitation of liability
Products are supplied for laboratory research use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any use of products outside the scope of the research use policy.
