Research use policy.

Scope of supply

All products sold by Novara Bio Labs are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, and they are not for human or veterinary use of any kind.

Every vial is labeled "Research use only — not for human or veterinary use". Placing an order constitutes your agreement to use the material only within that scope.

Qualified purchasers

We supply laboratories, research institutions, and individual researchers with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely. We may request evidence of qualification before fulfilling an order and may decline any order at our discretion.

Purchaser responsibilities

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that their intended research complies with all laws, regulations and institutional policies applicable to them, including safe handling, storage and disposal of the material.

Products may not be resold, repackaged or relabeled for any consumer purpose, and may not be incorporated into any product intended for administration to humans or animals.

No medical claims

Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim of therapeutic effect. Descriptions of research areas summarize published scientific literature about a compound class; they describe contexts of study, not outcomes or uses.

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Violations

We refuse and cancel orders where we have reason to believe material will be used outside laboratory research. Misrepresenting your qualifications or intended use voids any right to refund or replacement and may result in a permanent refusal of future supply.
